  2015年3月5日上午9时，十二届全国人大三次会议在人民大会堂举行开幕会，听取国务院总理李克强作政府工作报告，审查计划报告和预算报告。我们整理了2015 中国经济关键数字，提供了双语对照，以便学习其中的表达方式。

12%: M2 money supply is forecasted to grow by around 12 percent, but actual supply may be slightly higher
