中央经济工作会议十个新表述

    2016中央经济工作会议12月14日至16日在北京举行。会议在分析当前国内国际经济形势、总结2016年经济工作的基础上，对2017年的经济工作作出重要部署。在此，就跟大家一起学习中央经济工作会议上的十个新表述、新提法。

1 经济形势 economic situation

新提法：稳中求进工作总基调是治国理政的重要原则
The general principle of seeking progress while maintaining stability is an important principle in governance.

2 财政货币政策 fiscal and monetary policies

新提法：财政政策要更加积极有效
Proactive fiscal policy needs to be more effective.

3 新提法：货币政策要保持稳健中性
Monetary policy will be kept prudent and neutral.

4 产能过剩 overcapacity

新提法：推动处置“僵尸企业”这个牛鼻子
Efforts should continue in reduction of overcapacity, with focus on"zombie enterprises".

5 农业 agriculture

新提法：深入推进农业供给侧结构性改革
Supply-side reform in agriculture should be pushed forward.

6 财税和金融体制改革 reform of fiscal, tax and financial system

新提法：稳妥推进财税和金融体制改革
The reform of fiscal, tax and financial system will be pushed forward at asteady pace.

7 对外开放 opening-up

新提法：有重点地推动对外开放
Further opening-up with priorities.

8 养老保险制度 endowment insurance system

新提法：推动养老保险制度改革
We should promote the reform of the endowment insurance system.

9 实体经济 real economy

新提法：发扬“工匠精神”，培育更多“百年老店”
We should carry forward the spirit of craftsmanship and foster more century-oldshops.

10 房地产 real estate

新提法：“房子是用来住的，不是用来炒的”
Houses are built to be inhabited, not for speculation.

11 国企改革 SOE reform

新提法：混合所有制改革是国企改革的重要突破口
Mixed ownership reform is a key facet of State-owned enterprise reforms.
